The Sovereign Nations of Treaty No. 8 have re-elected Grand Chief Arthur Noskey as the Grand Chief of the Treaty 8 Frist Nations of Alberta. Born and raised in Loon River, Grand Chief Arthur Noskey resides in his community with his wife of 29 years, Mary Noskey. They are the proud parents of three grown children and have been blessed with three grandchildren.
