The Royal Canadian Mounted Police Youth Camps will be held at the RCMP Headquarter in Edmonton,
Alberta. Thirty youths from across Alberta will attend each camp. The camps will run Sunday to Friday,
during the summer 2023 (date to be announced) . The camp is open to any youths between the ages of sixteen to nineteen.
The camps offer youths a chance to find out what it’s like to be a police officer in training. All students will beselected based on their academic achievement, citizenship and interest in police work. There will be a wide variety of activities planned for the students to observe and participate in during their week at K Division HQ. These activities may include: drill, fitness, police defensive tactics, forensics, Major Crime Unit, Emergency Response Team and much more!
