2024 Summer Student – Job Opportunities
DEPARTMENT: MCFN – All REPORTING TO: Various Managers
DURATION: 2024 Summer LOCATION: Fort Chipewyan, AB
Mikisew Cree First Nation is seeking to recruit Post Secondary and High School summer students to fill several positions in the following areas: Community and Social Services, Office Reception, Caregivers, Labourers, and more!
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support such as general office work, filing and reception.
- Working with computers.
- Assist the Elders Coordinator with activities and handyman duties.
- Working with Tech Services on various tasks.
- Other duties as directed by the supervisors.
Requirements:
- Must be a registered full-time student for 2023-2024 academic year and must be registered to return to school in the fall,
- Must be self-motivated and a team player
- Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual at all times.
- Must adhere to the MCFN Code of Ethics and Code of Confidentiality at all times.
